19.Stationery doesn't have its own cart or payment gateway on this website. Every order is placed and paid for directly on Shopee or TikTok Shop — tap "Shop on Shopee" or "Shop on TikTok Shop" on any product page to continue on that platform.

2. Payment methods

Since payment happens entirely on Shopee/TikTok Shop, the available payment methods (cash on delivery, e-wallets, bank transfer, cards, etc.) are provided by that platform and can change over time. Please check the actual payment options at checkout on Shopee/TikTok Shop when placing your order.

3. 19.Stationery doesn't collect or process payment directly

We don't collect payment, store card/account details, or process transactions on this website. All transactions are handled by Shopee/TikTok Shop under their own payment security and privacy policies.
