Ordering & Shipping
How do I place an order on 19.Stationery?
Every order is handled through Shopee and TikTok Shop — tap "Shop on Shopee" or "Shop on TikTok" on any product page to order directly on those platforms.
How long does delivery take?
Ho Chi Minh City and nearby areas: around 24h after the order is processed. Other provinces: about 3–5 days, and can vary with actual shipping conditions.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout on Shopee/TikTok Shop, based on your area and the carrier — 19.Stationery doesn't charge anything on top of the platform's own rate.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I exchange a product?
Yes, within 3 days of receiving it, as long as the item is unused with its tags/seals intact.
What if a product arrives defective?
19.Stationery accepts returns and covers 100% of the return shipping cost for manufacturer defects (discoloration, fading, material flaws...). Contact the hotline or email within 3 days of receiving your order.
Stickers

Yes — waterproof PVC, and they can be peeled and re-applied several times on a dry surface.
Will the edges peel up on a laptop?

No — the 300gsm art paper works well with ballpoint, gel, and fine-tip pens.
